Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 25, 2026
Effective date: August 20, 2026
TechNovaTime, Inc. (a Delaware corporation)
This Privacy Policy describes how TechNovaTime, Inc. ("TechNovaTime," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares personal information when you visit technovatime.com, create an account, or use our digital employee Services.
It should be read with our Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy. This policy covers TechNovaTime as a controller of website, marketing, and account information. When we process Customer Content in a workspace on your instructions (recordings, logs from systems you connect, and similar), we generally act as a processor or service provider to your organization. That workspace processing is also described in any Business Associate Agreement or Data Processing Addendum we sign with you.
We do not use this public policy as a substitute for a BAA. Do not submit PHI unless a BAA is in place.
1. Who we are
TechNovaTime, Inc. is a Delaware corporation. Privacy questions and requests: support@technovatime.com.
2. Information we collect
We collect information in these categories, depending on how you use the Services:
- Identity and contact data: name, work email, organization, role, and similar details you provide.
- Account and billing data: authentication identifiers, plan, usage quantities, and payment-related information handled by our processors (we do not store full payment card numbers on our website).
- Customer Content: screen recordings, screenshots, workflow graphs, task descriptions, chat or mapping notes, agent run logs, and data that appears on screens the digital employee observes because you connected those systems.
- Device and usage data: IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referring URLs, approximate location derived from IP, and interaction events.
- Cookies and similar technologies: with your consent, we use Google Analytics 4, Google Ads tags, and (when enabled) the LinkedIn Insight Tag on our website to measure traffic, attribute campaigns, and understand how the site is used. None of them load until you opt in; see "Your privacy choices" below. Your browser may also receive cookies needed for login and security.
3. How we use information
We use personal information to:
- Provide, maintain, secure, and support the Services, including running digital employees in isolated sandboxes.
- Create and administer accounts, communicate with you, and respond to requests.
- Measure website and product usage, debug, and improve features.
- Run advertising and conversion measurement on our marketing site (for example Google Ads and LinkedIn), where you have allowed those tags.
- Detect fraud, abuse, and Acceptable Use violations, and to meet legal obligations.
- Improve models and the Services only as described in the next section.
4. Model improvement and training
We do not use PHI, or Customer Content from BAA or enterprise accounts that prohibit training, to train or improve models.
For other accounts, we may use recordings, screenshots, workflow graphs, and non-credential agent logs to improve the Services, including models, unless you opt out by emailing support@technovatime.com. We do not use passwords, API keys, secrets, or payment credentials for training.
Opt-out applies going forward after we process the request. It does not require us to rebuild models already trained, except where law requires a different result.
6. Your privacy choices: cookies, Do Not Sell or Share, and Global Privacy Control
Analytics and advertising tags on technovatime.com do not load, and set no cookies, until you allow them in the cookie banner. You can change or withdraw that choice at any time with the "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link in the site footer, which opens the same preferences.
Turning off the Advertising category opts you out of the sale or sharing of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising on our website. Turning off Analytics stops Google Analytics.
We treat a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal from your browser as a valid request to opt out of sale and sharing. When your browser sends it, analytics and advertising tags stay off and the cookie banner is not shown.
You can also opt out, or exercise the rights described below, by emailing support@technovatime.com.
7. Retention, security, and international transfers
We keep information as long as needed for the purposes above: account data for the life of the account and a reasonable period afterward; Customer Content according to workspace settings, legal holds, and backup cycles; marketing analytics according to our analytics providers’ settings.
We use encryption in transit, access controls, and isolated sandboxes for digital employee runtime. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
We and our vendors may process information in the United States and other countries. If you access the Services from elsewhere, you understand that information may be transferred to the United States.
8. Your choices and rights
You may request access to or deletion of personal information we hold as a controller, update account details, opt out of marketing emails (via unsubscribe or by contacting us), and opt out of model training as described above. Email support@technovatime.com. We may need to verify your request.
If we process data only as your organization’s processor, we will direct you to that organization, or act on the organization’s instructions, for workspace Customer Content.
Depending on where you live (including California and certain other U.S. states), you may have rights to know, delete, correct, and opt out of sale/sharing or targeted advertising. We will not discriminate against you for exercising those rights. You may use an authorized agent as permitted by law. We do not currently operate a consumer "sensitive data" sale program.
If EU, UK, or Swiss data protection law applies to a particular processing activity, we will process that personal data under a recognized transfer mechanism and the legal bases that apply (contract, legitimate interests in operating a secure B2B service and marketing to business contacts, consent where we rely on it, and legal obligation). We do not maintain a separate EU establishment in this policy.
9. HIPAA and PHI
Where we handle PHI, we do so as a business associate under a signed BAA, not under this public policy alone. Customer organizations remain responsible for their own HIPAA obligations, minimum necessary access, and deciding which workflows to automate.
10. Children
The Services are not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe we have, contact support@technovatime.com and we will delete it.
11. Changes and contact
We may update this Privacy Policy. We will post the new version with a revised effective date and provide additional notice for material changes when appropriate.
