Acceptable Use Policy

Effective date: August 20, 2026

TechNovaTime, Inc. (a Delaware corporation)

This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") is part of the TechNovaTime, Inc. Terms of Service. It applies to everyone who uses the Services, including digital employees, sandboxes, APIs, and the website.

Digital employees can operate software with the credentials you provide. That power is limited to uses you are allowed to make. If this Policy conflicts with a signed enterprise order form on a specific point, the signed order form controls for that point.

1. Authorized systems only

You may use digital employees only on systems, accounts, and data you are authorized to access. You must have the right to share any credentials, session cookies, or recordings you upload.

  • Do not use the Services to access an EHR, payer portal, bank, employer system, or any other application without authorization.
  • Do not bypass authentication, MFA, access controls, or technical restrictions, and do not use the Services to help someone else do so.
  • Do not harvest credentials or session tokens from systems you do not own or operate under contract.

2. Lawful and fair use of target systems

You must comply with applicable law and with the contractual rules that bind you for each target system (including that system’s terms of use, when they apply to you).

  • Do not use digital employees to commit fraud, submit false claims, launder money, or misappropriate funds or data.
  • Do not use the Services to send spam, phishing, or deceptive communications.
  • Do not use the Services to violate export controls, sanctions, or healthcare, privacy, or consumer-protection laws that apply to your operations.
  • Do not scrape, overload, or disrupt third-party sites in a way that is unlawful or that you are not permitted to do under your agreement with that party.

3. Our platform and other users

  • Do not probe, scan, or attack TechNovaTime infrastructure, accounts, or other customers.
  • Do not upload malware, or use sandboxes to develop or distribute exploits, except as part of a coordinated disclosure we have agreed to in writing.
  • Do not reverse engineer the Services except to the extent this restriction is prohibited by law.
  • Do not resell, timeshare, or white-label the Services except under a written arrangement with us that allows it.
  • Do not use the Services to build a competing foundation model by systematically extracting our outputs for that purpose.

4. Sensitive and regulated data

Do not upload or process PHI, including recordings that contain PHI, except in an account covered by a signed Business Associate Agreement with TechNovaTime.

Do not use the Services to collect or infer sensitive categories of data about individuals (such as health, financial account credentials, or government IDs) except as needed for a lawful workflow you are authorized to perform, and except as allowed under a BAA or other written agreement where required.

5. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations, suspend or terminate accounts, disable digital employees, delete content, and report conduct to customers, employers, or authorities when we reasonably believe it is necessary. Repeated or severe violations are grounds for immediate suspension.

Report suspected abuse of the Services to support@technovatime.com.
